- Sentario
- Sentario Art Gallery partnership and certain designated affiliates, as they may exist from time to time
- Personal Information
- Information about an identifiable individual, but does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific individual. Personal information also excludes certain information as is excluded pursuant to applicable legislation or other regulations, such as publicly available information or business contact information, as and when applicable.
- Collection
- The act of gathering, acquiring, recording, or obtaining personal information.
- Consent
- Voluntary agreement with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for defined purposes. Consent can be either express, implied or deemed, and can be provided directly by the individual or by an authorized representative. Express consent can be given orally, electronically or in writing. Implied consent is consent that can reasonably be inferred from an individual's action or inaction. Deemed consent is consent that is deemed to be given pursuant to applicable legislation or other regulations.
- Disclosure
- Making personal information available to a third party.

- An individual, business or organization outside of Sentario Art Gallery
Collection
Personal information is collected for the purposes of conducting services for the benefit of Sentario artists, visitors and customers. Such may include personal/business address, email, and phone numbers.
Credit card information is handled by PayPal and is not seen by Sentario staff or stored on the premises of Sentario Art Gallery or its servers.
Sentario may store information in the form of a cookie in a visitor's browser or record the IP of the visitor for the purposes of analysing visitor behaviour and improving Sentario services. Such information does not contain identifiable characteristics, and as such is not considered to be Personal Information. Sentario has the right to share such analytics data with third party.
Disclosure
Sentario will not sell or otherwise share personal information collected without consent. By providing us the information it is assumed that visitor agrees to share it for the reasons stated. These may include but are not limited to: sharing contact information with prospective clients, or fellow artists; and displaying it in a public profile.
